Are there certain times of the day that a room needs to be
booked...?
 | Functions are booked from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 11:00 p.m.. Some
times can vary according to availability. |
| All weddings are booked for a four hour period. |

What are the seating capacities for the function
rooms...?
| The small function room holds 20 -
45 people, while
the large function room holds 46 - 100. |
|
For functions over 100 people both function rooms are
opened into one room that holds up to 150 people.

| A nonrefundable deposit of $200.00 is required within
two days of booking to guarantee your function date. When sending a
check, please include the date, time and name of your function on your check. |
| Payment is to be made in
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Bank or Cashier's Check. |
| A credit card (Visa or MasterCard) deposit will be required for booking anything less than one week
in advance. |

What The Porthole needs to know
to book an event and when...?
| Date, time and type of function with tentative
guest count.. |
| If a specialty item is to be requested, see below. |
| A guaranteed guest count with meal choice selection is to be given
by the Friday prior to the week of your
function. |
| Balance of payment is due five days prior to the date of function. |

Bridal shower

| No shower menus are accepted on a Friday or
Saturday evening. Please
inquire about alternative menus. |
| Cakes must be
ordered through The Porthole Restaurant. |
| There is a $50.00 table
setup fee if you wish to bring in homemade desserts. |
| Special colored napkins are available for an
additional charge of $35.00. |
| The use of small confetti, thumbtacks, tape and lit candles are prohibited. |
| You may come in to decorate one-half hour early.
Guests will be permitted in within ten minutes of the function. |
